Pamela Ratcliffe is founder and leader of Team Ratcliffe. As team leader, Pam is responsible for overseeing all clients and properties listed with Team Ratcliffe. Pam acts as mentor and troubleshooter for all agents on the team, and is available to all team members and clients at any time.

Pam has been a licensed Realtor in California for 14 years. She has lived in San Diego County for 26 years. Pam is in the top 6% out of all real estate agents combined nationwide. Pam is very involved with her community and her church, and served for many years on the board of directors at Paradise Valley Hospital and is an advocate for victims of cerebral palsy. Matt Gover is also a full-service agent with a strong background in business. Matt is a third-generation Coronado Island native, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. A true Californian in every sense of the word. Matt currently lives in Pacific Beach, where he spends much of his free-time riding the waves on his surfboard. He is looking forward to helping all of Team Ratcliffe’s clients achieve their real estate goals.

Esther Carson is a full-service agent with Team Ratcliffe. Esther lives in Paradise Hills with her husband Steven and their two children, Celine and Stevie.  Esther has been a resident of San Diego County for 22 years.

Londa Gregg is a licensed real estate broker with Team Ratcliffe.  Her business background includes an MBA, with an emphasis in geographic information systems, and over 20 years in the healthcare industry.  This is where she developed her computer skills to support data analysis relating to infectious disease and control.

Owning a home has always been a priority to Londa and being able to help others achieve that goal drew her to this industry.  While the business aspects are important to understand and master, the clients are the most important features of any business deal.  Londa believes that the communication and organizational skills she has developed in healthcare will translate to clients who are up-to-date and comfortable during and after their specific transaction.  But the relationship doesn’t end then, it continues for a lifetime.
