About Us

Pamela Ratcliffe is founder and leader of Team Ratcliffe.  As team leader, Pam is responsible for overseeing all clients and properties listed with Team Ratcliffe.  Pam acts as mentor and troubleshooter for all agents on the team, and is available to all team members and clients at any time. 

Pam has been a licensed Realtor in California for more than 12 years.  She has lived in San Diego County for 21 years. Pam is in the top 3% out of 64,000 Prudential Agents, and in the top 6% out of all real estate agents combined nationwide.

Pam is very involved with her community and her church, and served for many years on the board of directors at Paradise Valley Hospital and is an advocate for victims of cerebral palsy. 

Pam’s son Michael is also an integral part of Team Ratcliffe.  Her daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons live in northern California.  

Alexis Davidson is a Buyer’s Agent with Team Ratcliffe.  Alexis enjoys helping people find and purchase their dream home. 

Alexis is well-qualified to enable people to begin their path to financial freedom – she is also a professor of economics at Southwestern Community College, and has a master’s degree in economics.  Alexis recently finished a one-year sabbatical as an instructor of economics.  As part of her sabbatical, she devoted time to a humanitarian project in Africa.

Esther Carson is a full-service agent with Team Ratcliffe.  Esther lives in Paradise Hills with her husband Steven and their two children, Celine and Stevie.  Esther has been a resident of San Diego County for 22 years. 

Esther is bilingual and bi-cultural, and is very involved in the hispanic community in San Diego.  Esther also spends her time with her Sabbath school class at her church, and is active in other church activities.  She has found that her real estate career enables her to combine her two favorite things – homes and helping people.
